Geox is famous for their breathable shoes mixing Italian style with innovative and technological footwear design.

Geox's breathable technology innovations:

Geox was founded in 1991 by Mario Polegato who had studied the natural thermoregulation of feet and wanted to create a product which kept feet at a healthy constant temperature. At first he purely concentrated on Children’s shoe design, creating styles with a perforated rubber sole and microporous membrane which allowed sweat to be expelled from the shoe without letting water in. Due to the fast growing popularity of the brand Geox and the originality of his breathable shoe idea, Polegato quickly expanded into Ladies and Men’s shoes a year later with all styles incorporating the special perforated sole unit.

At The Golden Boot, we have introduced Geox to our Children’s department 8 years ago, and sheer customer demand has meant that the collection has grown in size year on year. We now stock a comprehensive range of Geox footwear in our Women’s and Men’s Departments.
